Interview Space at the AIA Annual Meeting

AIA Career Services has reserved a block of meeting rooms and suites for interviewing job candidates at the Annual Meeting.  Meeting rooms will be reserved by the day and are available from Thursday, January 2nd through Sunday, January 5th.  A limited number of private suites are also available.  Each suite includes one bedroom and a separate parlor capable of holding 6-8 people for meetings at a rate of $258.00 plus taxes per night.  These are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and are available to any institution or company who has listed a job in the AIA Career Center.

We can also provide an internet connection and other technological needs at a very low cost.  Both the meeting rooms and suites are located in the offical conference hotel, the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
