Join archaeologist Matt Emerson and other archaeological enthusiasts for a short hike (1⁄4 m.) through the beautiful Leverett woods to explore an historic home site and learn how a professional archaeologist reconstructs the human and natural past from the visible material remains of our New England countryside.

Warm clothes, sturdy shoes or boots, and work gloves strongly recommended. Cider & donuts following.
