This year's theme will be Education and Reconstructive and Experimental Archaeology. Reconstructive and experimental archaeologists want to expand the understanding of past societies. We are involved in educating students, members of the public, and ourselves about the methods and results of reconstructive and experimental archaeology. Papers and posters that focus on educational methods, projects, and issues in the field are welcome.
Presentation will focus on educational projects for diverse audiences, including K-12 students, university students, avocational archaeologists, professional archaeologists, and the general public. Perspectives from around the globe are welcome. Papers and posters on general issues in reconstructive and experimental archaeology will also be considered.
