The exhibition examines the compelling art and archaeology of early Cyprus as seen in a single site, Polis Chrysochous – a place rich in history, architecture and art. The exhibition marks a quarter-century of excavation by the Princeton Department of Art and Archaeology, under the direction of William A. P. Childs, professor emeritus and with Joanna Smith and J. Michael Padgett, co-curators of the exhibition. A fully illustrated catalogue accompanies the exhibition.
