C. H. Nash Museum at Chucalissa Joins National Archaeology Day Celebrations

The C.H. Nash Museum at the Chucalissa archaeological site, operated by the University of Memphis, will hold a National Archaeology Day celebration. This October, they plan to hold an event that includes exhibits, activities, site tours and the opening of a of a newly constructed replica Mississippian era prehistoric house.
The Bayon Information Center in Siem Reap, Cambodia has joined as a new Collaborating Organization for International Archaeology Day 2013.
The Legacy: Hands on the Past, Center for Archaeological Research at The University of Texas at San Antonio and Frank H. McClung Museum at the University of Tennessee Knoxville have returned for International Archaeology Day 2013.
This week, the AIA has paired with two new organizations to promote International Archaeology Day 2013.
