Verde Valley Archaeology Center to Celebrate National Archaeology Day

The Verde Valley Archaeology Center will promote National Archaeology Day at a series of events this Fall. Events will include the First Biennial Symposium on Verde Valley Archaeology, to be held the weekend of National Archaeology Day; a National Archaeology Day Gala, the evening of October 20, to be held at the Yavapai-Apache Cliff Castle Conference Center Ballroom; and the Fourth Annual Festival of American Indian Arts, September 28-30, which will include an invitational Native American art show as well as a Native American Film Festival.
