National Archaeology Day to be Celebrated Down Under

The Australian Archaeological Association will organize several events across Australia to celebrate National Archaeology Day and the diversity of archaeology in Australia. The Australian Archaeological Association is the largest and most diverse archaeological association in Australia and, besides planning events, they plan to promote National Archaeology Day though a host of media outlets including their website, facebook and twitter pages, and mailing list.
Project Archaeology at the Beaverhead Museum hosted a teacher/student Archaeology Day for the region.
International Archaeology Day at the ROM gave museum visitors the chance to explore archaeology around the world
