Preliminary Schedule of Paper Sessions

Speakers

The 2010 Academic Program featured over 300 speakers discussing the latest discoveries from the most recent excavation season in workshops, field reports, open session papers, colloquia, and poster presentations. This year’s conference also featured a workshop with world-renowned specialists highlighting the best practices in site preservation. Lunchtime roundtables and interest group meetings offered the opportunity to discuss specific archaeological themes and topics.

Nearly everyone commented on the energy and enthusiasm that was felt during the 2009 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia. Our post-conference survey confirmed that the introduction of the new three-session a day schedule allowed conference participants to hear more sessions than ever before. In response to attendee feedback we added a lunch block in 2010 to provide more time to network and meet with committees and interest groups. We value your feedback and will continue to adjust future programs to make the conference as enjoyable for everyone as we possibly can!
