We, SST, will participate in IAD 2018 at Bonet-Thet Kaw village in Bilugyun, Chaung Sone Township in the Mon State of Myanmar (Burma). This IAD Workshop will be held from October 6 through October 7, 2018. We will collaborate together with the local community for the Workshop.

 

The name of the Workshop is “Discover The Old Town of Bilugyun” 

Date: October 6 and October 7 2018

Participants:  50 people 

Venue: Monastery of Bonet Village

 

Agenda:

Day 1 (06 October 18), 

09:00 – 09:30 am, opening speech by Venerable Monk, Township officer of administrative office of Chaung Sone Town, S.S.T. Tourism

09:30 – 11:00 am, Discover The Old Town of Orge Island by Sayar U San Win

11:00 – 11:30 am, Introduction to Tourism by S.S.T.

11:30 – 01: 00 pm, Lunch Break

01:00 – 05:00 pm, Site Visit and Activity to Old Town Site of Dare and Museum in Dare town, going by Car

End of the day

Day 2 (07 October 18), 

08:30 – 11:30 am, Site Visit and Activity to Bonet village, Thetkaw village and Ka Nyor village, going by car.

11:30 – 12:30 pm, Lunch Break

12:30 – 03:00 pm, Group Discussion

03:00 – 04:30 pm, Group Presentation 

04:30 – 05:00 pm, Closing Speech by Sayar U San Win (Expert on Archaeological Research)
