Family WWII Cooking Class

Have fun as a family and learn about the ways WWII affected how people ate. Participants will prepare and eat a dish that was popular during WWII while learning about Tom Lea as the first embedded artist-correspondent of the war. The concept of K Rations (food carried by soldiers in battle) and rationing is explained and a ration book is displayed.
