On October 18th, the AIA Rochester Society and the Cumming Nature Center will be hosting a public archaeological dig for families wishing to experience the magic of real-life archaeology! We will be excavating a site on the nature center’s property that dates to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Families can sign up for two hour time slots for socially-distant excavations. Masks are required and all tools will be sanitized between time slots!
