Please join us on Friday, October 12 for the Gladys Callahan-Vocci-Justice Lecture. Dr. Ellen Morris (Columbia University/Barnard College) will speak about “Surviving the (Pharaonic) State at the Edges of Empire, c. 1350 BCE.” The lecture will be held on the Johns Hopkins University Homewood Campus in Gilman Hall room 50 at 5 pm, with a light reception beginning at 4:30 pm.
