ArchaeoCon 2023: FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this being recorded? I’m not free for the whole day on Saturday, can I watch later?

Ticket purchasers will be able to access the on-demand content as soon they receive their “Welcome to ArchaeoCon 2023” email on Friday.  Recordings of the live presentations by Mike Parker Pearson, Darnell-Jamal Lisby, and Jo Anne Van Tilburg will be sent to all ticket purchasers the week following ArchaeoCon as soon as we get a chance to process it.  All content will be available online through March 31.

Where’s my Zoom link?

You should have received a Zoom link when you registered, 24 hours prior to the event, and again one hour before the event.  If you did not, e-mail info@archaeological.org to have the link resent.

How do I access the virtual content?

Instructions to access the virtual content came in an email on Friday with the subject line “Welcome to #ArchaeoCon2023!”  If you registered Friday midday or later the access instructions are in your receipt acknowledgement email. For assistance, contact info@archaeological.org.

How do I get help on the day of the event?

We’ll have live support over email on Saturday, March 11 from noon to 4pm Eastern and 5:30-7:30 pm Eastern.  Email info@archaeological.org for help.
