ArchaeoCon 2022: FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this being recorded? I’m not free for the whole day on Saturday, can I watch later?

Ticket purchasers will be able to access the on-demand content as soon they receive their “Welcome to ArchaeoCon 2022” email on Friday.  Recordings of the live presentations by Heather Hurst and James Delgado will be sent to all ticket purchasers the week following ArchaeoCon as soon as we get a chance to process it.  All content will be available online through March 31.

Where’s my Zoom link?

You should have received a Zoom link when you registered, 24 hours prior to the event, and again one hour before the event.  If you did not, e-mail ctavella@archaeological.org to have the link resent.

How do I access the virtual content?

Instructions to access the virtual content came in an email on Friday with the subject line “Welcome to #ArchaeoCon 2022!”  If you registered Friday midday or later the access instructions are in your receipt acknowledgement email. For assistance, contact ctavella@archaeological.org.

How do I get help on the day of the event?

We’ll have live support over email on Saturday, March 5 from 11:30am-4pm ET and 6:30-7:30 pm ET.  Email ctavella@archaeological.org for help.
