Celia Bergoffen is an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the Fashion Institute of Technology (SUNY) and a Lecturer at New York University, and has been a Guest Curator at the Jewish Museum in Munich. She holds her degrees from Concordia University (B.F.A.) and New York University (M.A. and Ph.D.), and her research interests are the art and archaeology of the Ancient Mediterranean and Near East, particularly Cypriot pottery, as well as the archaeology of New York City.
