Professor Hans Goette received his PhD in Classical Archaeology and currently works at the German Archaeological Institute in Berlin. His interests include Greek and Roman sculpture and iconography and Greek topography and architecture. Professor Goette has participated in many excavations and survey projects including surveys in Attica and Libya and excavations at Aigina and the Roman town of Colonia Ulpia Traiana in Germany.
