Marcello Barbanera is a professor at the University of Rome "La Sapienza." After receiving his Ph.D. from "La Sapienza," Professor Barbanera took a position as curator of the cast collection at the Museo dell’Arte Classica. He specializes in the history of ancient art, Greek sculpture, and the history of archeology, as well as the reception of antiquity and museology.
