AIA Lecturer: Michel Amandry

Michel Amandry is with the Bibliotheque Nationale in Paris, in the Departement des Monnaies, Medailles et Antiques.  He holds his degrees from the University of Strasbourg and the Sorbonne, has taught with l’Ecole du Louvre, and is currently the Director of Education at EPHE (Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes).  His research interests include coins of the Roman Empire, and he is the AIA’s Metcalf Lecturer for 2010/2011.
