The 2021 AIA/SCS Meeting starts today! The virtual meeting platform can be accessed through any web browser by going to  You will need to log in with the email and password you provided at the time you registered.  Sharing login information with non-registered individuals is prohibited. 

The full program and exhibit gallery are now available.  Our virtual platform provider (OpenWater) has also produced a guide for attendees to help you navigate the platform and get the most out of the meeting.

As previously announced, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 Joint Annual Meeting of the Archaeological Institute of America (AIA) and the Society for Classical Studies (SCS) will be a virtual event. The meeting will be spread over six days from January 5-10.

Registration Still Open

The online registration system will remain open for the duration of the meeting. Registration is required to attend the academic sessions and many of the events. Please check the registration page for rates and details.

Registration grants are also available for students, contingent or unemployed faculty, and foreign scholars. Apply online now!
