AIA Featured on Weekly Radio Show


This week’s episode of Indiana Jones: Myth, Reality and 21st Century Archaeology on VoiceAmerica featured AIA-New York Society President Paula Kay Lazrus speaking with host Joseph Schuldenrein about the programs and history of the Archaeological Institute of America.  This episode focusing on the AIA is first of an upcoming series of shows focusing on major archaeological organizations and highlights the founding of the AIA; the membership and structure of the Institute; the Institute’s role in founding schools of archaeological research around the world; involvement with AIA Local Societies; and AIA Programs such as the National Lecture Program and the Site Preservation Program.
