AIA Lecture Lottery is back!

We are pleased to announce that our lecture lottery is back for the ninth year in a row and entries are now being accepted. For every donation of $25 that you receive on behalf of your local society and send to AIA headquarters, your society’s name will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win an additional lecture for the 2012-2013 Lecture Program. The more $25 donations you collect, the more lottery entries you will receive! If you or your society gives a gift larger than $25, your society’s name will be put into the lottery with each increment of $25.

We very much want local societies to develop opportunities for AIA members and the public to engage with archaeology. As such, we have created a new incentive program whereby one-half of all Lecture Fund donations received from the society that wins the Lecture Lottery will be returned to your society so that you may organize and promote your programs!

Donations must be received by the AIA National Office by December 30, 2011 or they can be made at the AIA Information Booth at the Annual Meeting. The drawing for the Lecture Lottery winner will take place at the Council Meeting.

Donations can be made online here or you can send in payment by downloading the Lecture Lottery Donation Form and sending it to the AIA. Please mention the Lecture Lottery when making your gift.
