Barbara Tsakirgis Lecture Endowment

As we remember Professor Barbara Tsakirgis and her long association with the AIA, please consider donating to a fund to name a national lecture in her honor. One of Barbara’s great pleasures was speaking to societies and meeting members. She visited over half of the North American AIA societies, so there is a good chance that many members had the pleasure of meeting her over the years.  Please honor Barbara’s many contributions to the AIA, but especially her role as an AIA lecturer, by supporting the effort to fund a national lecture in her name. In this way, her dedication to the AIA will live on after her death. Gifts can be made online HERE, or by mailing a check to the AIA at 44 Beacon Street, Boston, MA 02108 (please write Tsakirgis Lecture on the memo line). If you have any questions about this effort, please contact Elizabeth Bailey, the AIA’s Director of Development, at ebailey@archaeological.org.
