Giza Entry 18892

Submitted by Sydney Berkowitz

As I’m home, my family is celebrating Passover and I spent some time thinking about the Egyptian period and Pyramids. That inspired me to chose this archaeological site. It was most appropriate for me to use matzoh, the unleavened bread the Jews made before their exodus out of Egypt. Drizzled on top to get a similar color to Giza and to get the matzoh to stick together is sugar water with lemon.
