The final deadline for the submission of papers for the 2013 Annual Meeting, which will be held in Seattle from January 3-6, is Sunday, August 19, 2012; all submissions require a $25 administrative fee. Any open session paper or poster submission may be submitted by this deadline. We are also extending the deadline for the newly-created Poster Colloquia. We would also like to encourage undergraduate students to submit to the new undergraduate poster and paper sessions. Full details on all submission types and submitting requirements are available in the Annual Meeting section of our website.
