Annual Meeting Program & App

Meeting Registrants

The 2016 AM will be held in San Francisco, CA from January 6-9. The program is currently being finalized and will available for download prior to the meeting. The AIA/SCS Joint Annual Meeting will also provide hardcopies of the program at the meeting and a dedicated meeting app. The dedicated meeting app allows attendees to interact with both organizations' programs and easily create custom schedules. It is available for all iOS and Android devices and has a basic web version.

Anyone can download the app and view the program, but only registrants of the meeting can sign in and activate the custom scheduling and in-app messaging. Users can opt-out of messaging at any time through the user profile settings. Usernames and passwords are distributed via email each day, but can also be retrieved from registration and the AIA Kiosk.

  • Full program information for both organizations as well as affiliated groups
  • Scheduling tools to create a customized agenda
  • Exhibitor & exhibit hall information
  • Opt-in registrant listing with in-app messaging functionality
  • Twitter integration
  • Venue and area maps
  • All general information about the conference, as well as other features

AIA Program & Abstract Book

All AIA Annual Meeting attendees will receive the printed AIA Program in New Orleans at no charge along with their registration materials. The Abstracts book can be purchased through the online registration system or at the Customer Service Desk in the Registration Area on-site.

Members who do not attend the meeting may purchase a copy of the AIA Program for $8 and the Abstracts book for $12 (plus $5 S&H) by sending a request to Kevin Mullen, Director of Circulation and Fulfillment, at kmullen@aia.bu.edu or 617-353-8711, or by ordering online below.
