The Haffenreffer Musum of Anthropology Celebrates International Archeology Day!

The Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology hosted a series of International Archaeology Day programs on October 19 including a lecture entitled “New Perspectives on the Pueblo Revolt of 1680” by the Museum’s new director, Robert Preucel. Graduate student Jen Thum demonstrated her work deciphering an ancient Egyptian tablet in the Museum’s collections in “Digital Magic in Ancient Egypt.” And, Museum curator, Thierry Gentis lead an exhibit tour of “The Spirit of the Thing Given.”
