Fribourgh Room, 1st floor, Patricia Blick will give a presentation on "The Quapaw Quarter Association". The QQA was founded in 1968 as a non-profit organization dedicated to historic presrvation in Little Rock. This year they are celebrating their 50th Anniversary.
