Come jump into fall and celebrate International Archaeology Day! Learn about the archaeology of Indiana County and surrounding regions and try your hand at technologies such as spear throwing, flint knapping, and crafting pottery. Enjoy interactive games and mock excavations, see artifacts & faunal remains from area archaeological sites, watch artifacts print in 3D, and tour our laboratories. A children’s activity room will include “cave art”, wampum beading, and other fun activities for kids of all ages. Free admission and snacks provided!
