Luke J. Pecoraro holds his B.A. with Virginia Commonwealth University, his M.A. from Boston University, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate with Boston University. He has worked on a number of North American sites, including the Jamestown Rediscovery Project in Virginia, and is a member of Time Team America. His research interests are American colonial archaeology, post-medieval archaeology, and the connection between archaeology and the public. Since 2008 he has been a Demi-Fellow with the Journal of Field Archaeology, and authored with D.M. Givens “’Like to perish from want of succor or reliefe’: The provisioning of 17th century Virginia during times of change” (Post-Medieval Archaeology, 2006)
