Serving on an AIA committee is an opportunity to contribute your expertise, engage with colleagues, and support the work and mission of the Archaeological Institute of America.
AIA committees meet throughout the year to support the work of the Institute and address current issues in the field of archaeology. Committee terms typically last three years, beginning at the AIA Annual Meeting in January of the start year and concluding at the AIA Annual Meeting in January of the end year, unless otherwise noted.
Committee members are required to maintain an active AIA membership throughout their service.
