The Athens Archaeology Festival is a free, interactive event that invites people of all ages and backgrounds to explore the world of archaeology through engaging activities and hands-on workshops.

This year’s programme includes more than a dozen stations, covering ancient textile production, mosaics, archaeochemistry, stratigraphy, human skeletal analysis, and a pottery reconstruction challenge, brought to you by institutions and museums from across Greece. All activities are designed to be family-friendly and are available in both Greek and English.
