The AIA-Cleveland Society (Cleveland Archaeological Society) celebrated International Archaeology Day this past October 13, 2018 at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. This event, which featured archaeologists and scholars from universities and private commercial firms around Northeast Ohio, was well attended by over 1,400 people. This event was tied to Ohio Archaeology Month, International Archaeology Day, and to the museum’s Earth Science day. Our table featured various hands-on displays and literature about our society and its annual lecture series.
