To submit a proposal for a Colloquium Session, colloquium organizers should fill in the form below. We encourage you to review the Call for Papers and note the information required on the form below prior to submitting a proposal. Proposals for colloquia must be submitted by the first set of deadlines.
A numbered receipt will be sent via email confirming your submission within 24 hours of abstract submission. You may then complete the Colloquium Paper Submission Form for the papers to be included in the proposed session. If you do not receive the confirming email, please contact the AIA Annual Meeting department (857-305-9353). Upon receipt of your submission it will be reviewed for completeness and forwarded to the Program Committee. If any information is missing or clarification is needed you will receive an email with an explanation of the issues.
Note that session organizers are required to submit all information for proposed colloquium; presenters of materials included in the proposed colloquium should consign the information relevant to their presentations to the colloquium organizer. You can start submitting the individual papers immediately after you submit the session submission.
