Saskatchewan’s Wanuskewin Heritage Park to Celebrate National Archaeology Day


Wanuskewin Heritage Park of Saskatchewan, Canada is set to host a number of events on October 20th in honor of National Archaeology Day. Starting at 9:00 the park, which celebrates the culture and history of the First Nations Peoples, will open for the day to welcome visitors. At 11:00 a Guided Trail Walk will begin, then from 12:30-2:00 the archaeological demonstration site will open, and from 2:00-3:00 there will be a traditional First Nations dance performance.
