Ancient Rome will be the theme of this year’s archaeological festival. During the workshops and lectures, you will be able to learn many fascinating things about Roman traces in Upper Silesia, try your hand at e.g. in looking for coins, imprinting clay vessels from the mold, making a gladiator masks or beautiful necklaces and bracelets. As the event will take place in the museum, there will be a special mini-exhibition presenting artefacts from the period of Roman influence from own collections, incl. valuable numismatic items to furnish the grave of a warrior from the Przeworsk culture. The event will be attended by members of the historical reconstruction group Pro Antica Legion XIIII GMV Association from Lublin.
