The 2027 Annual Meeting will be held in Boston, MA, from January 7–10 at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. The Meeting will kick off on Thursday, January 7th with the Public Lecture and Opening Night Reception. Academic sessions will begin on Friday, January 8th and will conclude on Sunday, January 10th.
Discounted hotel rooms are available from Monday, January 4th through Monday, January 11th.
The Boston Marriott Copley Place. is the official hotel for the 2027 Annual Meeting and will host the exhibit hall, all academic sessions, the opening night reception, and most related events. The discounted group rate is $209 per night (plus applicable taxes).
The reservation portal will open this Spring.

For over 125 years, the AIA and SCS has proudly hosted the Annual Meeting, bringing together our professional members for meaningful collaboration, scholarship, and networking. A key part of making this event possible is our partnership with host hotels.
By reserving a large block of guest rooms, we secure the lowest guaranteed group rates for our attendees and receive complimentary meeting space to host the conference. However, if we do not meet our minimum room commitment, the AIA and SCS incur significant financial penalties—including costs for unused rooms and meeting space rental.
