The 2027 Meeting will be held in Boston, MA from January 7-10. In addition to on-site exhibiting, we also have a virtual exhibit hall where university presses, booksellers, and others can present their latest publications and offerings and interact directly with attendees. We are offering additional ways for exhibitors and advertisers to reach attendees through sponsorships and the virtual platform. All meeting registrants will have access to the virtual meeting platform and app.
To sign up as a sponsor, for online or print advertising, or direct messaging slot please complete the Ad/Sponsor Form. If you have questions, please contact Kevin Mullen (kmullen@archaeological.org).

The AIA & SCS will be producing a joint print program for the 2027 Meeting. The program will be available for purchase at the time of registration and on-site. Placing an ad in the program guarantees you will get the most visibility with our attendees. Multiple sizes and placement options are available. We are also offering a 25% discount for ads placed by departments.
Gold Level sponsors will be prominently listed in the print program, throughout the meeting app, and will also be featured in on site signage.
Silver Level sponsors will have their logos included in the print program, meeting app, and on on-site signage

We have limited slots for virtual advertisements. These ads appear on the official conference meeting app which is available to all attendees.
There are many opportunities to promote your company at the conference. All sponsors are included on signage in the registration and other areas and listed in the official programs and meeting app for the event.
