Unlike many conventional industry conferences, we offer a range of promotional options at or near cost, which translates to big savings for exhibitors and advertisers.

There are many opportunities to promote your company at the conference. All sponsors are included on signage in the registration and other areas and listed in the official programs and meeting app for the event. Conference Tote Bags

The best way to get your information in the hands of all attendees is by sponsoring our conference tote bag. All sponsoring companies will have their logos featured on the tote bag and on signage at registration. Sponsors are also able to include a flyer or other item (with approval) that will be placed inside the tote bags. This will ensure that all attendees are aware of your latest publications, offerings, and discounts. This sponsorship is open to exhibiting companies, as well as those who are not able to attend this year.

Joint AIA/SCS Opening Night Reception Sponsorship

Thursday, January 2, 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Kick off the conference for 800+ attendees on opening night with a contribution to the cost of food and beverage. Benefits are listed below and vary depending upon the amount of the sponsorship. Please inquire for full details. Cost: $2,000+

Conference App Advertising

Advertising in the AIA and SCS Conference App helps you maximize exposure to conference attendees.

  • Splash Page: App users will see your ad each time they open the app on their smart phone, tablet, or computer. Cost: $1,000. Limited to one advertiser.
  • Rotating Banner Ad: Placed at the bottom of each app page. Cost: $200. Limited to five ads total.
  • Push Notifications: Send targeted messages to attendees to promote your booth, event, or sale. Cost: $150 (Friday & Saturday) or $100 (Thursday & Sunday). Limited to two ads per day (eight total).

Sponsored Break Options

Helping underwrite the costs of providing coffee or other refreshments or snacks to attendees as they run through a packed three-day conference schedule will certainly increase awareness of your organization and drive traffic to your booth!

Sponsorship costs:

  • First Timer’s Reception, Fri, Jan. 3, 12:45-1:45 pm: $1,000
  • Morning Session Coffee, 8:00-10:30 am: $4,000

Printed Programs

The AIA and SCS program books are distributed at registration in about equal numbers. Placing an ad in each program guarantees your ad will be viewed by every attendee. Multiple sizes and placement options are available; please review the attached order form for price details.


Conference Lanyards

Worn by every conference registrant, lanyards are a high-profile way to promote your company. Logo, name, and/or booth number can be included (space permitting). Cost: $1,600.

Private Evening Reception

Host a reception and boost relationships with customers old and new! Your event will be listed in both AIA and SCS programs and the Conference App. Complimentary signage is provided. Food and AV costs are not included. Space is limited and based upon availability.

  • Reception for under 250 attendees – $300
  • Reception for 250–500 attendees – $600
  • Reception for 500+ attendees – $750
