The Association for Washington Archaeology (AWA) East Group announces that we are resuming Spokane Archaeology Day in 2022 on the
beautiful grounds of the Northwest Museum of Arts and Culture! As in previous years (2018-2019), we have many activities
already planned, including: an atlatl toss, flintknapping, historic and precontact material analysis and site interpretation, ethnobotany and zooarchaeology booths, rock art
education, and much more!
The Spokane Society of the AIA will have an “Ask an Archaeologist” booth, where Brian Buchanan of Eastern Washington University will field questions from the public.

When placing events on your calendar using these buttons, please check that time zone displays correctly.
