National Archaeology Day is just one month away and archaeologists and archaeological enthusiasts around the world are preparing to go all out for this year’s celebration.
National Archaeology Day has added another Collaborating Organization, the Mississippi Valley Archaeology Center at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
As part of National Archaeology Day, Silas Hurry, curator of collections at Historic St. Mary's City, will be on hand at one of the organization's exhibits.
The Cooper Mountain College Foundation hosts the second Archaeopalooza: Adventures in Archaeology, in Joshua Tree, California.
Boston University's Departments of Anatomy and Neurobiology will join the Department of Archaeology in promoting National Archaeology Day at the Annual Northeast Conference.
