The Archaeology Committee of The National Arts Club is delighted to participate in AIA's International Archaeology Day celebrations and present His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Palitha T.B. Kohona of Sri Lanka, who will address the audience at the Arts Club about "The UNESCO listed Cultural Triangle" in his country.

This unique lecture focusing upon five World Heritage sites by an internationally renowned diplomat has a special dual component.   Students from Hunter College High School's Archaeology Club, inspired by our committee's Educational Initiative, will attend this splendid commemoration of International Archaeology Day.
