The Joukowsky Institute for Archaeology and the Ancient World presents a lecture Laurel Bestock, Assistant Professor of Archaeology and Egyptology and Ancient Western Asian Studies at Brown University, and the Director of the Brown University Abydos Project in Egypt. Bestock will discuss the buried structures, ancient game pieces, and skeletons unearthed during her December 2012-January 2013 field season in Egypt. This talk begins at 5:30 p.m. in Rhode Island Hall, 60 George St., Room 108.
