On the evening of October 10 from 6-8pm, Dr. Brian Andrews will host two workshops at Rogers State University– one on flintknapping (where he will demonstrate and then have materials for people to try it out themselves), and one on field methods (where he will set up the total station and some excavation “units” with flakes and bones in them, and show participants how to map and plot artifacts).  He will also be giving a tour of his lab, during which he will talk about ongoing work at the Goodson site in Craig county and show them some of the artifacts as well as the process of lab work (sorting, weighing, etc).
